What You’ll Do

As a Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality programming while helping shape the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead PE and After-School Programs at local elementary and middle schools
• Coach Basketball, All Sports, Volleyball, Baseball, Art & Crafts and/or STEAM programs at Legarza Camps
• Implement CA state standards–based curriculum and training
• Support Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives
• Manage classrooms with strong behavior management techniques
• Apply PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) strategies
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance our cutting-edge sports curriculum
• Help ensure programs run smoothly and professionally
