Revenue Operations Specialist

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST Salary: Up to $80,000 About the Role: We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist with strong hands‑on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub to join a growing team in Fall River, MA. This is a highly technical, hands‑on RevOps role focused on HubSpot architecture, administration, marketing operations, and reporting . The company has a highly customized HubSpot environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable understanding an existing architecture, working within it, and making changes or improvements without disrupting how the system functions. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a small team and take ownership of key areas within the company’s HubSpot environment. As the team grows, there is also potential for this position to develop into a management or team leadership opportunity . What You’ll Do Manage and optimize a highly customized HubSpot environment across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Analyze existing HubSpot architecture and determine how to rework, improve, or build within the current system Build and maintain complex HubSpot workflows, automation, and processes Manage website updates within HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and blog setup Set up and manage HubSpot advertising campaigns , including audiences, targeting, and campaign updates Manage conversion tracking and attribution within HubSpot Build and maintain complex HubSpot reporting and dashboards Analyze data within HubSpot to identify trends, performance insights, and opportunities Translate technical data and reporting into clear business insights for non‑technical stakeholders Work across marketing and sales processes to improve how data, systems, and processes support revenue operations What We’re Looking For Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Experience working within highly customized HubSpot environments Ability to understand and modify existing HubSpot architecture Experience building complex workflows and automation Hands‑on experience with HubSpot website tools , including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and blogs Experience with HubSpot Ads , audience/targeting management, and conversion or attribution tracking Strong experience building complex HubSpot reports and dashboards Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable business insights Experience working with both marketing and sales operations within HubSpot Agency or in‑house RevOps/HubSpot experience is welcome B2B experience is preferred, but B2C experience will also be considered This is a fully on‑site position in Fall River, MA, with core hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
