The Role:
Location: Everett, WA
Assignment duration: 11/6/2026 - 11/7/2026
Shift Type: Onsite 7am-5pm. Regular Hours: Required.
In House Call: Pager/beeper call from 5pm - 7am (30 minute call radius).
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
OT: Applies after 10 hours per day.
Cases: Approximately 7 patient encounters per shift.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
