Assistant Manager

Role Overview An Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining standards. They manage staff training, scheduling, and performance, ensuring adherence to policies, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Complete training, enhance guest satisfaction through team development, delegate shift tasks, supervise staff, uphold cleanliness and service quality, handle guest and team concerns promptly, ensure compliance with all policies and regulations, and maintain accurate records. Foster a positive team culture and lead by example. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and 1-3 years of management experience (restaurant management preferred). Ability to work a flexible schedule, demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication. Capable of physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied temperature environments.
