Quality Cleanroom Technician

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Industrial Cleaning Technicians to support two active projects within a large industrial manufacturing environment at a facility in Nevada. This project-based role involves working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 5–6 days per week, for a total of 48–60 hours per week. The position requires candidates to support a technical dust control cleaning operation and a battery cell pad/shredding area. This hands-on, physically demanding work requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and comfort working in industrial environments with strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical cleaning in an industrial 'clean room' for dust control, focusing on the removal of fine paint dust and overspray particles.
• Use intrinsically safe equipment, such as pneumatic and specialty vacuums and Swiffer-type dust control tools.
• Clean floors, walls, surfaces, equipment, structural areas, and elevated or hard-to-reach spaces using manlifts as necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with PPE requirements at all times.
• Engage in manual labor in outdoor or semi-enclosed areas for battery cell pad/shredding support.
• Handle materials, shovel, and work around battery shredding and processing operations.
• Maintain physical stamina and comfort in less controlled, dirtier industrial environments.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification (we will provide the course)
• Full Face Respirator Clearance and Training
• Ability to pass a Tesla Level BG Check
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Capability to work extended hours and night shifts consistently

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial cleaning experience (nice to have)
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environments (nice to have)
• Experience with dust control or environmental services (nice to have)

Work Environment

This role is situated in an industrial factory setting where full-face respirators and disposable coveralls are required. The environment is non-sterile with no chemical processing exposure. Technicians work night shifts only, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with schedules provided a week in advance. The work involves physically demanding tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment, requiring adaptability to changing daily scopes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
