Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Coordinator IV (PCC IV) to support large-scale Engineering and Construction capital projects. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of project controls processes, integration of cost and schedule functions, and quality oversight of all project controls deliverables. The successful candidate will lead project controls activities for highly complex, multi-year capital projects exceeding significant annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate development of the overall Project Execution Plan.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee project controls deliverables, including:
• Cost Reports and Cost Variance Analysis
• Cash Flow Reports and Variance Analysis
• Schedule Reports and Schedule Variance Analysis
• Project Change Management Procedures
• Project Controls Plans
• Monthly Progress Reports
• Integrate cost control and scheduling functions into a unified project controls framework.
• Define and manage project controls resource requirements.
• Perform quality reviews of project controls deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate collection and preparation of deliverables for Phase Gate Review meetings in accordance with the 6-Phase Project Lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations and feedback on project controls tools, systems, processes, and procedures based on project execution experience.
• Support project teams with forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Project Controls experience supporting Engineering and Construction capital projects.
• Strong experience with cost control, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and project reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience supporting pipeline, utility, or plant facility projects.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and cost control best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and phase-gate processes.
