Job Title Meat Clerk - #52 Las Vegas-Sahara Compensation Starting Rate $14.50 per hour Location 4610 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89102, United States Job Overview Under direct supervision, the Meat Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful customer service, assists customers, cleans shelves and display cases, cleans, fills, and rotates the Meat Wrap displays, works with customers to take special orders, and works with the Meat Cutter to determine which items need to be cut. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
