Join Our Team as a Foreclosure Customer Service Specialist!

Are you prepared to make a significant difference by assisting customers during difficult situations? We are looking for a committed individual to handle incoming calls with accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email regarding foreclosure.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in our tracking system.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with CFPB regulations to maintain ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support our team.

Position Requirements

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and challenging customer interactions.
• Approachable demeanor with a patient and friendly disposition.
• Ability to capture and act on important details.

• Broad knowledge to guide customers through inquiries.
• Consistently reliable in fulfilling job responsibilities.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Spanish Fluency: A plus in enhancing customer service capabilities.

Desired Skills:

• Preferred background handling customer interactions.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
