About the Role

This is a customer service–first position where you guide individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling. Conversations are consultative, professional, and focused on helping people make informed decisions. Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
• Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
• Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
• Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
• Full-time schedules typically include
• 5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Must have experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
• Are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident willing to complete licensing and a background check
• No license? No problem. We provide guidance and support to help you obtain your Life Insurance License.

Pay range and compensation package

• Commission-based compensation with monthly bonus opportunities
• Average entry-level sale pays $600–$800
• Full-time representatives average 3–7 sales per week
• Performance-based increases available every 2–3 months
• No quotas and no income ceiling
