Job Description You will be the Program Planner for the Integrated Program Planning team. Our team is responsible for driving program execution through effective relationship building and analyzing complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
• Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
• Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
• Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle Why Join Us

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. - Exposure to Network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experiences with networked schedules, critical path methodology
- Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams
- Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
- Active DoD SECRET clearance for consideration
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline
- Critical Path Scheduling methodology
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
- Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
- Proposal knowledge
- Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge
- Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
- Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
- Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
