Construction Project Manager

BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with an established critical infrastructure construction contractor in search of a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a permanent, fully on-site opportunity for an experienced PM ready to take ownership of complex construction projects from the ground up. Overview: Run critical infrastructure construction projects from kickoff through closeout, keeping work on schedule, within scope, and built to the highest quality standards. Be the face of the project for key clients, showing up to weekly progress meetings and staying in close contact with daily updates. Lead subcontractors and internal field crews, holding everyone accountable to safety standards and project requirements. Coordinate with vendors, inspect incoming materials, and resolve quality issues on the spot without waiting for direction. Work alongside finance and admin teams to support payroll, reporting, and accounts payable functions. Handle community relations and coordinate with local authorities to keep project impact to a minimum. Build and maintain project schedules, catch potential delays early, and drive solutions before they slow the job down. Requirements: Experience managing large construction projects. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews while maintaining safety and quality standards. Comfortable being the primary point of contact for major clients and handling that relationship at a high level. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction management documentation practices.
