Entry Level Repair & Maintenance Superintendent

Job Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively communicate with customers, workers, suppliers, and the back office team. Manage the job site; ensure a clean, safe, and organized site where all project requirements are scheduled and managed. Procure and manage materials and labor for construction projects while keeping records of all job‑related expenses. Ensure effective project plans are created, maintained, and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect the status of project activities; this includes clearly articulating and tracking all critical‑path activities and timelines. Be responsible for overall completion of the project to customer specifications and timelines. Function as a team lead and ensure effective management of assigned internal as well as external resources toward the common goal of quality and timely deliverables that meet client expectations. Communicate changes to the project plan and timelines, along with project risks or issues, ensuring the project is tracking to budget and scheduled completion dates. Monitor risks/issues as they arise; work with project teams to respond efficiently for resolution of any risks to the critical path. Oversee hiring of contractors responsible for providing the labor and materials required to complete the project. Provide troubleshooting support for service contractors in the field. Manage change control regarding project cost estimates, scope, and target schedules. Perform back‑up functions for client communication. Perform other related duties as may be required; potential for travel for on‑site technical assistance. Attend industry association events and meetings on occasional nights and weekends. Strictly adhere to and comply with our system of record (Salesforce CRM) for maintaining notes related to leads, estimates, jobs, and invoicing. Travel outside the Austin area may be required; this is not expected to exceed 20% of time. Qualifications 1+ year of construction experience (Preferred). Strong construction background and excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license. Spanish language proficiency (Required). Benefits Vehicle and healthcare benefits. 3 weeks paid time off.
