TIG Welder$22 - $27 DOEResponsible for laying out and welding structural steel to build metal structures.ResponsibilitiesWeld and cut black carbon and galvanized steel, interpreting blueprints.Operate hand tools and grinders, and demonstrate the ability or willingness to learn basic shop machinery operations.Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.Maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with 6S leadership standards.Adhere to and comply with all company safety requirements.Read and understand schematics and blueprints.Demonstrate proficiency in reading basic blueprints and weld symbols.Measure accurately using a tape measure.Perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with weights and lengths.Operate vehicles, mechanical devices, or equipment.Pass 3G/4G tests in Flux-core welding.
