Applications Development Technology Lead AnalystJob Description Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: • 8–10 years of overall Java development experience and a strong emphasis on backend services. • Expert-level experience building web applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular/React, and Oracle/PostgreSQL. • Deep understanding of microservices environments, RESTful APIs, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise integrations using RESTful APIs and Kafka messaging. • Approximately 3 years of experience using AI-assisted programming tools, specifically GitHub Copilot, to improve coding efficiency. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models. • Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. • Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs. • Expertise with Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases, and caching solutions. • Expertise in designing and optimizing software solutions for performance, stability, and reliability. • Expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, site reliability engineering, test-driven development, authentication, authorization, and security. • Experience developing AI-powered applications and integrating Generative AI capabilities into existing systems. • Experience developing frameworks, software designs, data models, and architecture diagrams and communicating them within and outside the team. • Experience with DevOps and SRE engineering standards and practices. • Experience providing technical leadership, application design and architecture, delivery planning, quality oversight, production support, and stakeholder management. The role will be the primary consumer of data generated by AI agents and will work on a project with significant visibility across the bank. The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The role leads application systems analysis and programming activities while bringing agility into software development through agile best practices. It combines hands-on full-stack engineering and Generative AI development with technical leadership across application design, architecture, delivery planning, quality oversight, production support, and stakeholder management. The lead partners with development management and the scrum team to develop roadmaps, releases, and milestones while ensuring sprint deliverables, engineering standards, DevOps, SRE, and product quality requirements are met.
