Registered Nurse/PACU/Per Diem Provides personal care and professional excellence through activities of evidence based practice in areas such as assessment, collaboration, patient education, and responsiveness under the scope of practice as outlined by Ohio State Board of Nursing. Registered Nurse is an onsite position. Essential Functions Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to patients. Maintain accurate, timely, detailed reports and records. Individualize care based on patient values, preferences, and needs. Collaborate and advocate with other health care providers to provide best outcome for patients. Educate patient and family from admission to discharge considering patient and family comprehension and style of learning.
