Ultrasound Technologist ~ Imaging Services Sign On Bonus Available. Sidney Health Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our I CARE team in the Radiology/Imaging setting. Essential duties of the position include performing ultrasound examinations independently and competently, assisting the radiologist as needed, and accurately charting patient information for efficient results. The Position: Ultrasound Technologist ~ Imaging Services Employment Status: Full-time Hours per two-week pay-period: 72 hours Shift: Day shift (7AM – 4:30PM, 4 days per week); on-call duties including holiday call rotation Essential Job Functions: Perform ultrasound examinations independently and competently (General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, Procedures, MSK, etc.) Assist interventional radiologist with procedures as needed Accurate charting in the Epic EMR and Sectra PACS Keep certifications and continuing education up to date Good communication and patient care skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of a two-year ultrasound program 5+ years of ultrasound experience preferred Certifications and Licenses: ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN or Abdomen; RVT preferred in addition BLS CPR Certification Sidney Health Center (SHC) is an Equal Opportunity (EEO) employer.
