Assignment Details

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Setting: Home Health, Case management

Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: 8/31 or asap

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Weekend Requirement: Varying weekend on call

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Compensation:

Registered Nurse

• Local Pay: $50/hour

• Travel Package: $2,424/week gross amount

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited rEGISTERED Nursing program

• Active North Carolina License/compact state

• Minimum of 1 Year RN experience

• Home Health experience required- Case management skills, HCHB experience is a plus!

• Current BLS Certification required

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care

• Collaborate with physicians and adhere to patient care plan

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
