Specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.Must possess valid LVN license. Must have at least 2 years of experience. Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements. Must submit to HHSC required drug test. Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting. Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
