About This Team

As part of the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will be an Enterprise Kubernetes Senior Platform Engineer. Your role is to help the organization adopt Enterprise Kubernetes easily and smoothly, by providing them with the tools and capabilities they need. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Kubernetes team to plan the enterprise roadmap, and with the application teams to guide them on their Enterprise Kubernetes journey, focusing on solutions that minimize friction. You need to have strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, for this role.

A Day In The Life: What You’ll Do

• Hands-on execution of Kubernetes (EKS based solution)
• Manage Kubernetes control plane and data plane
• Help with critical architectural decisions
• Chaos engineering
• Help with our tech stack to migrate to cutting-edge technologies
• Perform work for platform upkeep (Upgrades)
• Experience on Service mesh
• Experience on Deployment Patterns and Container security

Qualifications

• Strong experience working on a high-volume SaaS application managed with modern Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies/tooling.

• Experience with administering container technologies and orchestration platforms.

• Experience with running/managing systems and services on a cloud platform.

• Experience managing and using CI/CD systems.

• Strong experience working with configuration management tools.

• Experience with deploying and operating of monitoring and observability tools.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies

• Ownership and collaboration with attitude to help other succeed.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• A can-do attitude and sense of urgency for a high growth/fast paced environment.

• Proven track record of owning a complex technical project from inception to completion.

Education And Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years industry experience.

• Curious mind, wanting to learn new technologies and share with others.

• The ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues and create long lasting solutions.
