Benefits that help you thrive Retirement: 403(b) plan Well-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources How you’ll make an impact in this role Develop, implement, and monitor individualized wound care treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments Perform detailed wound evaluations, including staging, measurement, and ongoing reassessment of healing progress Monitor, document, and communicate changes in wound status and overall patient condition Execute physician and nursing orders related to wound treatments, advanced dressings, and therapeutic interventions What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
