Industrial Maintenance TechnicianElwood Staffing is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and operational efficiency in a large warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment safely and effectively. Candidates must have relevant maintenance experience clearly listed on an updated resume, be available to complete an in-person interview, and have reliable transportation. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand safety procedures, training, and job-related instructions.This location manufactures and packages personal care products. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues. Inspect, repair, and replace motors, belts, chains, bearings, conveyors, and other mechanical components. Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, air lines, and compressors. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting. Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring tools.Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Must have experience in industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical field is required. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including experience with gearboxes, motors, conveyors, belts, chains, bearings, and other industrial equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
