About us At OHRO we manage HR for our restaurant partners. This is a search in that regard for a great restaurant/brewery in the Houston Metro area. Role Description This full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role is based in greater hoiston (59/Hwy 6) and focuses on leading day-to-day restaurant operations while partnering closely with OHRO’s HR support model. The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house activities to ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and a safe, well-maintained environment. The role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising team performance, coaching employees, and supporting hiring and onboarding processes in alignment with established HR workflows. The Restaurant Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, address guest concerns, and implement service improvements to strengthen loyalty and repeat business. This position also involves collaborating with ownership and HR partners on compliance, labor practices, and performance metrics to support sustainable growth across the franchise. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on guest experience and hospitality. Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including interviewing, onboarding, and staff development in a restaurant or similar environment. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests, team members, and franchise leadership. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu execution, food safety standards, and inventory/quality control. Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in food service or hospitality. Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working knowledge of basic HR and compliance practices (e.g., labor laws, workplace safety) is highly beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
