Analytics Engineer

Irvine, CA - 100% onsite - remote / hybrid are not offered We're conducting a confidential search for an Analytics Engineer to join a rapidly growing technology organization. This role will lead the design and development of scalable data models, data products, and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the business. Responsibilities Design and build scalable data models that support business operations and analytics initiatives Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business functions to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytics workflows Create trusted, reliable, and extensible datasets that enable self-service reporting and advanced analytics Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and automation Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing insights and recommendations from complex datasets Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish data best practices and support enterprise data platform initiatives Drive data quality, governance, and scalability across analytics systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar analytics-focused role Advanced SQL expertise and strong Python programming skills Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, and Palantir Foundry Proven ability to build scalable data models and data pipelines Strong communication skills with experience partnering directly with business stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Compensation IC3: Up to $170,000 base salary + equity Senior Level: Up to $220,000 base salary + equity Requirements U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Must be located in or near Irvine, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
