Production Operator - Nights

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Production Machine Operator position with a Local Zinc Manufacturer. Candidates must have previous forklift experience. This position will pay $18.00 / hour, and the hours are a Rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm-7:30am.


Responsibilities:

• Loading and operating one or more boiler furnaces
• Operating an automatic silo, scale and bag press
• Operating forklift
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
• Previous forklift experience
• Possess basic reading, writing and math skills
• Capable of physical movements such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Closed toed shoes/boots, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask
