You believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, who span generations.What you’ll do:Open and maintain trust accounts by fulfilling routine requests such as contributions, distributions, and transfers. Ensure that money moves appropriately and that accounts properly reconcileServe as the escalation point for other Wealth Advisors Operations Specialists for complex client issuesAssist clients with standardized information requests. Provide superior customer service to clients by maintaining consistent written and verbal communicationCollaborate with others across the organization to coordinate account-related activities and fulfill client needsCreate and execute daily account activity reports by collating data from multiple systemsPerform account reviews and maintenance to ensure that accounts are within regulatory and policy guidelinesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:2+ years of experience in trust account administration, operations, personal banking account management, or institutional trust and custody account managementKnowledge of Securities, including an understanding of bonds and dividendsDemonstrated understanding of regulations that govern Trust and Institutional CustodyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or in a related fieldExperience in trust operationsOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
