Machine Operator

Located in Manteno, IL, this full-time role offers competitive compensation between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour across various shift options. We are seeking reliable individuals to join our food production team, where you can benefit from consistent weekly pay and long-term career stability. Compensation and Schedule Earn between $18.00 and $22.00 hourly with a weekly pay schedule. Positions are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Core Responsibilities Manage the operation of food production machinery such as Quantum, ADCO, Wexxar, CASAN, and Texwrap systems. Execute routine inspections and light maintenance to help ensure equipment remains in peak working condition. Resolve mechanical malfunctions promptly to help maintain consistent production output. Verify product quality by checking seal integrity, specifications, and code dates. Modify machine parameters to support the delivery of high-quality goods. Maintain precise logs of production timing, machine configurations, and output data. Ensure all necessary quality and production paperwork is completed accurately. Work alongside colleagues and leadership to help improve overall line performance and efficiency. Required Qualifications Prior background in a food production setting is a plus. Capable of running sophisticated machinery with a focus on safe practices. Strong attention to detail to help maintain high standards of product excellence.
