About Vishka Medical Spa
At Vishka Medical Spa, we specialize in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments in a luxurious, patient-centered environment. Our mission is to combine medical expertise with personalized care to deliver outstanding, natural-looking results.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Perform treatments including Hydrafacial®, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED light therapy, and other advanced aesthetic services (based on certification and experience).
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and medical-grade skincare products.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist providers with aesthetic procedures when needed.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up care.
- Stay current on the latest skincare technologies, products, and treatment protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa preferred.
- Experience with advanced skincare treatments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
