About the Role We're seeking motivated individuals who are ready to begin a career in life insurance sales. As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective clients, learn how to identify their insurance needs, and help guide them toward coverage solutions that fit their goals. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the life insurance industry. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to discuss their life insurance needs and coverage options. Learn to identify client goals and provide guidance on available life insurance solutions. Present information clearly and professionally while answering client questions. Build and maintain positive relationships through communication and follow-up. Participate in company training, mentorship, and coaching to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Follow established systems and processes to support client engagement and individual performance goals. Maintain professionalism and follow company policies, ethical standards, and insurance guidelines. Qualifications No previous insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with others. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth. Ability to work independently while following company training, systems, and processes. Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms. Interest in helping individuals and families protect their financial future. Must be able to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided). Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Pay range and compensation package This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Performance-based incentives are available based on individual production and results. Income is determined by your activity, dedication, and success.
