Windchill PLM Scrum Master
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with expertise in PTC Windchill PLM systems to lead agile deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaFe Agile principles and practices and will be responsible for facilitating core Agile ceremonies and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM systems.
- Experience in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Deep understanding of SaFe Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Basic understanding of software development processes, Agile engineering practices, DevOps, and Windchill PLM Domain.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in PLM environments, preferably with PTC Windchill.
- Exposure to data domains such as master data, migration validation, or data governance.
- Strong grasp of the Change Control process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead core Agile ceremonies in team environments like Daily Stand-up, Story Refinement & Estimations, Sprint Planning, & Sprint Retrospectives.
- Collaborate and communicate expectations, team performance, and build team comradery among the team members across the Scrum team.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure stories are properly scoped, documented, readied, and prioritized for the Scrum teams working on Windchill PLM Domain.
- Deliver successful Product Releases to Production as scheduled throughout the year.
