Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care. While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve. At The Recovery Village Palmer Lake , we believe recovery is possible for every individual facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our accredited treatment facility provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you're passionate about behavioral health and want to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a strong clinical team, we'd love to connect with you. ️ Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, must be able to work 1-2 weekend days every 4-6wks. On weeks where weekend days are worked, 1 day during the week will be flexed off. Salary ranges, depending on experience

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
- Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.

- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate)
- LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
- MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
- CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
