MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST for the Office in Charge of Construction at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (OICC PSNS). Learn more about this agency Duties Help
- You will develop the WIP workload projections through analysis of the best available project information from Headquarters PDC, supported commanders and reimbursable customers.
- You will coordinate with Financial Management, Directorates, and Divisions on resourcing needed to support PDC and resourcing needed by PDC to support others.
- You will receive and maintain cognizance of approved funds, responsible for day-to-day management and administration of the budget.
- You will coordinates with Financial Management in the establishment of Chargeable Network Activities (CNA) and cost accounts based on the proper fund sources.
- You will collect, assemble, analyze, and review project schedules to identify trends, priorities, slippages, deficiencies, or other situations with broad flexibility.
- You will develop staffing recommendations, status reports, and briefings based on established management policies, analysis of engineering and construction programs, and current workload indicators
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Generally, current federal employees applying for GS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. This requirement is called time-in-grade. Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
