Paralegal

Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal department located in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. The candidate must possess a professional demeanor, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to independently complete tasks and follow up as needed. Responsibilities Draft correspondence and documents. Prepare pleadings and motions. Conduct research using online tools. E-file using NYSCEF. Manage 3-4 attorney calendars. Maintain physical and electronic files. Handle incoming and outgoing legal mail. Prepare legal documents for review and signing by corporate counsel. Qualifications 5 years of paralegal experience. Strong time management. Attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, etc. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with follow up as needed.
