Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Monett, MO Job Overview This position requires 12‑hour night shifts, including nights and weekends. Eligible candidates may move to day shifts after demonstrating successful performance. A relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is available for those moving more than 50 miles. Responsibilities Leadership: Engage and coach your production team, communicate expectations, provide ongoing feedback, guide partners to maximize efficiencies, oversee plant processes, support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Manufacturing Operations: Daily problem‑solving to identify waste and cost‑reduction opportunities, participate in capital improvement projects, resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies. Customer Compliance: Develop and demonstrate knowledge of government regulations, represent the plant in regulatory, customer and internal audits, establish and audit standard operating procedures to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field (preferred). High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others. Proactive, self‑accountable, solution‑oriented, and eager to learn and improve. Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds while fostering dignity and respect. Physical Requirements Stand up to 12 hours per day. Walk up to 60 minutes per hour. Sit up to 15 minutes per hour. Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds. Bend/Squat/Twist as required.
