Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (child, family, adult)

Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)

We are seeking licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia (multi‑state licenses encouraged) for a teletherapy position. You will work from home, providing 45–60 minute sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant platform. The average full‑time caseload is approximately 30 sessions per week; part‑time roles must provide a minimum of 7 sessions per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide virtual therapy in standard 45‑60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Document progress notes
• Contribute to program improvement and team collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; multi‑state licenses encouraged
• Experience working with diverse populations
