MDS Coordinator - Reimbursement & Care Planning

Mass Digital Health is looking for an MDS Coordinator in Quincy, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will oversee the MDS assessment process and ensure maximum reimbursement through effective care planning. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must possess a current CA RN or LVN license along with a minimum of three years' clinical experience in long-term care, ideally with RNAC experience.
