Assistant Store Manager

Role: Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting customer financial needs and overseeing store operations. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with financial services, including loan and check cashing transactions. Manage account recovery, collections, and maintain accurate customer data. Supervise, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives. Ensure store security, compliance, and proper opening/closing procedures. Support marketing efforts, community engagement, and external outreach. Maintain store appearance, facilities, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with regular in-person attendance. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience. Minimum three months of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, moving, and operating controls. Preferred Qualifications Management experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
