McDowell County in Marion, NC is seeking an Administrative/Records Technician to assist the Register of Deeds with daily operations. You will receive, examine, record, index and maintain public records in accordance with statutes and office procedures. You will interact with the public, attorneys and title companies, handle recording fees and payments, and provide access to records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
