Job Summary:
The Product Sales Clerk is responsible to the Product Sales Manager for daily processing of company business transactions. This position may be assigned one or more clerical tasks as needed. Some of those tasks may include keypunching for routes, filing, some customer service or a variety of like tasks. Performs other tasks as needed.

Essential Functions:
- Accurate and timely computer data entry.
- Excellent communication skills whether in person or through phone calls.
- Perform tasks such as customer orders in person and over the phone.
- Printing and organizing daily paperwork for routes, customer billing.
- Filing
- Filling customer orders.
- Receiving orders.

- Keep the work areas clean and well organized on a daily basis.
- Receive freight from delivery trucks and correctly stock shelves.
- Operate the inventory computer system for inquiries, receiving, withdrawals, and order preparation.
- Withdraw stock and prepare orders according to requirements, then load and distribute orders.
- Check the inventory regularly.
- Safely and proficiently operate a powered lift truck, hand trucks, and other equipment.
- Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards.

Additional Functions:

- Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Embroidery experience is preferred.
- Recognize colors and sizes, accurately count and subtract.
- Proficiently use the inventory computer system.

- Experience with data entry and adding machine
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word

- Demonstrated good computer experience or ability to learn quickly is necessary
- Comprehend and follow written packing instructions.
- Clearly communicate in English; read, write, speak, and comprehend.
- Work well with others and work with minimal supervision, be dependable and punctual.

Education:
- High school graduation or similar experience.

Typical Physical Activity:
- Physical Demands consist of sitting and standing in the company office. Walking, sitting, talking, hearing, speaking, pulling, pushing, occasional lifting of boxes up to 25 lbs., filing, stooping, stoop, reaching, fine dexterity.

Typical Environmental Conditions:
- This is a direct sales distribution facility. Employees may be exposed to variations in temperature, dust, and shipping-related activity when in operational areas.
