As a Local Truck Driver , you'll operate a tractor-trailer making local deliveries throughout the Charleston area while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Pay & Schedule

$32.00 per hour
Home daily
Monday-Friday with Saturdays during peak season
7:00 AM start time
40-50 hours per week
Overtime after 40 hours
Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
Complete local delivery routes to residential and commercial customers
Perform white-glove, final-mile, and in-home deliveries
Assist with loading and unloading products
Handle touch freight and heavy product deliveries
Use liftgates, pallet jacks, dollies, and delivery equipment
Complete delivery documentation accurately
Maintain excellent customer service during every delivery

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
Previous delivery experience required
White-glove, final-mile, or in-home delivery experience preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Stable work history
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lift, move, and deliver heavy products safely
