Child Care Program Specialist

As a Child Care Program Specialist, you will:

Develop program guidance, special reports related to oversight and accountability, and guidelines concerning the ongoing operations of the CCDF program.

Provide technical policy guidance on child care programs at the federal, state, territory, tribal, or local level.

Identify and explore alternatives, outline options, and prepare comprehensive recommendations to ensure the development and implementation of effective child care programs.

Prepare and deliver oral briefings or presentations on child care issues and concerns, as appropriate, to other staff, supervisors, higher-level officials, and outside organizations.
