Founding Full Stack Engineer (San Francisco) 5 days Onsite

We’re working with an early-stage, well-funded startup building AI-driven solutions to modernize a large, traditionally manual industry. The team is focused on automating complex operational workflows and improving efficiency at scale. Backed by top-tier investors, with a founding team from leading global tech companies. About the Role This is a high-ownership, founding-level opportunity to build core systems across the full stack — from backend services and data pipelines to the product interfaces used daily by operations teams. You’ll work with: Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Temporal, React Location : San Francisco - 5 days on site Compensation : Base up to $260k What You’ll Do Build and scale backend services powering AI-driven workflows Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-throughput systems Manage AWS infrastructure and orchestrate workflows using Temporal Develop React frontends used by operations teams daily Create human-in-the-loop AI systems that are transparent and controllable Own document ingestion pipelines and real-time processing systems Collaborate directly with founders and customers to ship fast What We’re Looking For 6–8+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth/startup environments Strong expertise in TypeScript + React (data-heavy applications) Solid backend experience with Python + FastAPI Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL) Proven startup experience (not just side projects) High ownership mindset — moves fast, executes independently Based in or open to relocating to San Francisco (in-person role) Visa: H-1B transfers, OPT, O-1 considered (no new sponsorship) Nice to Have Experience with AI APIs or document processing systems Background from a top 50 university Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or enterprise workflow tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Recruit
