Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab (Days) Glendale AZ

Job Title

Cath lab experience required; Scrubbing desired; Structural heart experience preferred. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment. Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state. All shifts the candidate is willing to work. All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 24 months Cath Lab experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
• No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
• Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
• Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
