Thai Chili 2Go is a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant concept offering made from scratch Thai food with the amazing WOK style cooking and fresh, high-quality food. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Successful applicants should be able to work during the week, and over weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive for your shift on time.
• Operate restaurant equipment relative to your role.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Follow Procedures and checklists to open and close down the restaurant per the set standards.
• Validate employees are completing their jobs to the set standards
• Communicating concerns to the General Manager about product amounts or quality issues
• Properly Locking up and setting the alarm at the end of the night

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Enjoy working with people.
