MASC Medical is partnering with a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL, to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO). This full-time, long-term opportunity involves joining a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population. The role focuses on geriatric care within an outpatient setting. Practice Info Outpatient setting Geriatric focus Medicare-only practice Patient-centered team Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population Manage approximately 20 patients per day Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Participate in minimal phone-based call rotation (1 in 3) Compensation Base Salary: $270K–$280K (DOE) Productivity-based bonus, with total compensation potential up to $350K Benefits Health insurance CME reimbursement (open budget for courses/classes) 3 weeks of paid vacation Licensing fee coverage Malpractice insurance (fully covered) Dental and vision reimbursement options Shift & Schedule Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics experience preferred) Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license Excellent communication and teamwork skills
