What You’ll Be Doing:

🔑 Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Build relationships and engage with key industry players like real estate agents , mortgage lenders , and investors .

• Use platforms like LinkedIn , Facebook , and Instagram to find new leads and grow your network.

• Attend open houses , real estate meetups , and networking events to spread the word about our title services.

📞 Client Relationship Management:

• Be the trusted point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.

• Stay in touch via calls, texts, emails, and social media to maintain strong relationships.

• Share market updates, educational content, and valuable insights with clients.

🎯 Promote Title Services & Close Deals:

• Present the company’s benefits in meetings , presentations , and coffee/lunch dates .

• Highlight how easy we make closing and use co-branded marketing materials to seal the deal.

🔧 Transaction Support & Problem-Solving:

• Monitor files and collaborate with title processors and underwriters to ensure smooth closings.

• Troubleshoot challenges to ensure client satisfaction and timely closings.

💡 Marketing & Branding:

• Post educational and engaging content on social media to build your brand.

• Create newsletters, digital campaigns, and host events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

📊 Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

• Stay organized by tracking sales activity, client appointments, and commissions.

• Keep CRM data up-to-date and generate regular reports.

📚 Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement:

• Stay ahead of trends in real estate and title laws by attending events, training, and certifications.

• Track local competitors and market shifts to remain competitive.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed or possess a solid book of business in the title, real estate , or mortgage industries.

• Sales experience in title, mortgage, real estate, or related fields.

• Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills —someone who thrives in a high-activity and relationship-driven role.

• Familiar with social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and can leverage it to build your network.

• Local to Melbourne City, FL —must be able to report to the office and work in the field weekly.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet background and licensing requirements .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary : $35,000+ (based on experience and book of business)

• Commission : 12% of total file revenue on closed transactions

• Total Earnings Potential : $60K–$100K+ per year

• Car Allowance : $450/month

• Phone Allowance : $75/month
