Available Hours Position 1 Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Sunday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Position 2 Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Consistent clients with set schedules Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired Pay & Perks $18-$21 per hour Bi-weekly pay $200 Retention Bonus $250 Referral Bonus Mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Zingage rewards program (earn gift cards and other perks) Training & Support Paid orientation Ongoing training and support Online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid) Requirements Previous professional caregiving experience is required Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle of your own Current auto insurance Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation Dependable and professional communication CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus. Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
