Finance Director, Public Company & SEC Reporting
Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc.
A prominent broadcasting company in Miami seeks a Director of Finance to lead the financial operations and reporting functions. This role requires overseeing compliance with U.S. GAAP and managing budgeting and financial analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, strong knowledge in SEC reporting, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA being preferred.
