Together, we are moving energy forward./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliAssemble engines independently and collaboratively on a modern assembly line/liliSupport continuous improvement of manufacturing standards and processes/liliComplete scheduled tasks to ensure on-time delivery/liliMonitor the manufacturing process and troubleshoot issues as needed/liliParticipate in a 23 month training program at our state-of-the-art factory in the Austrian Alps to learn our advanced assembly techniques/liliShare your expertise by training and mentoring co-workers in the United States after returning from Austria/li/ulpYour Profile:/pulliTechnical training or equivalent experience in engine assembly, plant construction, or related fields/liliHands-on experience as a mechanical technician, automotive mechanic, or similar role/liliStrong attention to quality and commitment to high assembly standards/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team/liliWillingness to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs/liliExcellent communication skills and a proactive mindset/liliCommitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance)/liliValid work authorization for the United States/li/ulpINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
