Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active MA PT license Home Health experience Assignment Details Monday through Friday schedule. Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirement. Coverage area includes Mashpee, Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne, and Buzzards Bay, with territory including Cape Cod from the Canal to East Harwich. Responsibilities include starts of care, evaluations, visits, and supervising PTA.
