Public Sector Team Lead | Strategy & Project Delivery

Stellenbeschreibung Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Public Sector übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der fachlichen Führung, strategischen Weiterentwicklung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte. Verantwortung für ein Team von rund acht Mitarbeitenden im Public Sector: klare fachliche und organisatorische Führung. Umfangreiche Rolle: Mitarbeiterführung, Sales‑Aktivitäten und das Management unserer Projekte im Public Sector. Praxis als Projektleiter*in: aktives Mitwirken an Public Sector Projekten und Bewertung technologischer Innovationen im Kontext der Verwaltungsdigitalisierung. Strategische Unterstützung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Teamstrategie und Eigeninitiative zur Weiterentwicklung. Beratung: Kompetente Beratung zu Themen der Verwaltungsdigitalisierung sowie lösungsorientierte Expertise. Auflagen der Projektumsetzung: Arbeit deutschlandweit in unseren Offices, beim Kunden vor Ort oder im Homeoffice. Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang. Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in und/oder Führungskraft im Public Sector mit Public‑Know‑how zur Steigerung der Projektexzellenz. Expertenwissen über die Verwaltungsdigitalisierung sowie Fachkenntnisse in diesem Bereich. Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in Projektarbeit in Bundesministerien- oder Behörden, OZG, D‑Stack oder Registermodernisierung, sowie im Angebots‑ und Bid‑Management. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (vergleichbar Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse. Benefits Umfangreiche Weiterbildung: fachliche und methodische Trainings inkl.
